''Jannat Nazeer'' means any place that looks like heaven. This word Kashmir came from Sanskrit which mean desiccated land. Geographically it is situated between Pakistan & India surrounded by serene Himalayas and Pir Punjal range making it one of the few coldest regions of Pakistan and India.
Because of the geographical interest it is ruled by many dynasties i.e. Afghan Durrani, Mughal Empires, Dogar Maharaja and most recently it is divided and a major conflict of interest between Pakistan and India.
This hard and cold environment of Kashmir compliments the strength and bravery of Kahmiris.
