Naran - Glaciers, Lakes and Greenery


Pakistan has some amazing natural beauty and Naran valley is one such gem. Holding the magnificent landscapes each part of the valley presents a different look for the other, perfect for nature lover and honeymoon couples who are starting their lives with pleasant memories.

Almost 160 kilometres long Naran valley lies alongside a river named Kunhar, where you would certainly enjoy fishing and if lucky could also catch a trout in your fishing hook. Amongst the numerous places to visit, the top on your list would surely be lake Saif ul Mulook which can only be accessed through a jeep ride. The lake is surrounded by gigantic mountains which tourist usually prefer for hiking, its beauty is enhanced even more in winters with unforgettable views of glaciers. Siri paye is another tourist spot, known for its lush green meadows where visitors love to do camping and horse riding. Babusar top is also a destination for travellers 70 kilometres from Naran only by jeep, but a place worthy of visiting.

No wonder you will be tempted to give up everything and build a cottage here if it weren’t for the pressing jobs that you have to do back in your cities.
